Given the current climate, most people are unable to visit their local gym but still want to keep working towards their health and fitness goals. FIT By Flo is now offering Virtual Personal Training, via Skype or Zoom, to help you do just that.
All clients will receive the same benefits as regular face-to-face personal training, as well as a start-up home workout kit to ensure they get the most out of training from home.
To help support our clients through the difficult changes brought about by the recent Coronavirus outbreak, we have created a FREE online Facebook community where we share exercise, nutrition and habit tips on a daily basis, as well as free Live Workouts and Q&As.
