Personal Training is ideal for beginners, anyone who would like help understanding and mastering the fundamentals of technique, and those just wanting that extra push throughout their training sessions.
I train in-person clients out of multiple studios across London, predominantly in North and Central London. No gym membership required.
Personal training packages start from packages of 8 sessions, up to packages of 24, depending on how often you'd like to train and what you would like to go for.
Split payment is available on all packages above 12 sessions.
