So I've only had 3 sessions with Flo so far but they have been fabulous! When I first went to Flo I said my arms are like little weak sticks and press ups are the bane of my life... 3 sessions in and I'm enjoying press ups!!! I can already feel a massive difference not just in my arms but my overall strength. Not only does Flo help with your strength, she also guides you with the correct technique which is perfect for me.... someone who has scoliosis so working on strengthening my left side is something we're really focusing on. The sessions are so enjoyable and she really pushes me and after I feel amazing! The aches and pains are definitely worth it! I'd 100% suggest Flo as a personal trainer, she completely understands the body and works out plans that are effective for exactly what your trying to achieve.
